Before joining the Wayne Gretzky Estates team, Zac was a mixologist at one of Canada’s most buzzed about farm-to-table restaurants. He also spent time working in the vineyards and barrel cellar of a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery. Those experiences created a respect and passion for local Niagara ingredients that elevates his wine and whisky cocktails to a whole new level. A swirl of maple syrup, a splash of fresh-pressed apple juice, a fat wedge of a just-picked peach -- in Zac’s cocktail playbook, anything that’s local and delicious is fair game.
